Patron Capital & Generator Hostels

fdcreative were approached by Generator Hostels to design the lighting for their London based hostel where they were looking to re brand their image and create a more diverse urban feel that is in keeping with the London vibe. The main emphasis for the design was to create visual impact to the visitors staying at the hotel and to create a wow factor that people will remember.

We worked closely with the interior design team ‘The Design Agency’ in Canada and London based architects overseeing the project ‘Orbit Architects’ to come up with a vibrant exciting scheme that also had the flexibility within the lighting controls to allow moods to be set within each space creating a flow through the various areas.

A full 3D lighting model was created to demonstrate the lighting scheme to Generator Hostels to give them an understanding of how the new space will look.
